We disabled following users on the old forums some time ago because there was an issue reported by GvYoutube where you would get emails about topics you aren’t allowed to see. Until this is fixed there are no plans to re-add the feature.
Following tags was on the old forums, but wasn’t copied over. I will enable it now.
