o97doge fish is in its very early stages, i’m considering making it POSIX-compliant (which is some form of unix-like)

dev update: the vga output works but there’s a glitched line and also the kernel doesn’t want to boot
this says "fish" at the top left, there is a line of jumbled ASCII characters in the middle
i absolutely don’t know assembly and needed to use ai just to write a bootloader, so if anyone can help, i pushed the code to the repo so you can check it out

i am also working on a side project called brickOS, which apparently doesn’t have a boot signature
brickOS is an OS that shows you a picture of a brick and tells you to touch grass
this is kinda ironic since i never touch grass in the first place, but it’s pretty funny
