late explanation:
miraheze auto-creates accounts on the login and meta wikis when you sign up on any wiki they host as those 2 wikis are used internally to keep you logged in across over miraheze wikis.
if a user is on the forums, wiki, and eventually aw3 when that comes, they are most likely legitimate, as most spambots don't target an entire semi-decentralised community.
btw don't delete discussions in the wiki tag unless it's a wiki admin abusing their access to this tag to e.g. spam some weird link
