PageImages is licenced under WT*PL, which despite no written rule about it, we do not accept for AmpMod contributions, wiki files, or dependencies because the entire licence revolves around a swear word. To remove that licence from Special:Version I removed the extension entirely.
The Scratch Wiki did work around this by changing the licence data to CC0-1.0, but we do not have server access to do that ourselves.
From now on, check the extension page before enabling extensions, and do not enable anything under WT*PL. Keep in mind that extension could prevent the wiki from being linked on Scratch even if users typically rarely visit Special:Version, if ever.
You CAN, however, use extensions under other licences (this decision only hinders some extensions – most are under a version of the GNU GPL, which uses proper legal language).
