TurboWarp Blocks has been moved to the gallery and is now unavailable in the core library in 0.3. (Projects that use it can still be imported to 0.3, where the gallery version will be loaded.)
This is because we don’t actually maintain the TW extension (TurboWarp’s developers do, but the block library has stayed the same since the extension was added IIRC), and it’s fairly small anyways.
