November featured article

We forgot to choose the featured article for November and now there's red links on the homepage. LOL.
We can't feature AmpMod 0.3 because that's already scheduled to be featured in ~~November~~ December.
We still barely have any tutorials so we're gonna have to take that away for now or re-feature Getting Started since barely anyone has still read it.

Actually - I've chosen paint editor to feature as an article and will put that up soon. It's one of the highest quality articles currently on the wiki so far. Thanks @Abdavark for expanding it!
