React upgrade

I’m removing some old React components from like 2015 to allow us to eventually update to React 18, and later to 19.

Not sure if this will end up in 0.3 (any changes now would be last minute anyways since tomorrow is literally the start of the month 0.3 will be released in) but it’s good to make AmpMod modern and accessible.

Scratch itself has recently done similar efforts.

I improved a few styles along the way.

A notable change because of this is that you can now navigate context menus using the keyboard

This will most likely take a while though. The React 17 update a while back broke several addons, which is what caused us to roll back.

So far we’ve upgraded

context menus (removes outdated dependency)
popovers (remove outdated and very obscure dependency)
toggle buttons like the stage size toggle
something else i forgot

These changes are not in 0.3 but have made it to 0.4 (canary build)
The changes work with all addons, but if you right click a folder, it still carries the entire sprite context menu, even though those buttons do nothing since folders aren’t sprites, they’re parts of sprite names

Speaking of 0.3, how has it already got 3 patch releases on first release?
