@Mods We have used mostly the same guidelines for almost a year. It’s time to grow out of them.
First we want to shorten the guidelines so they don’t have to be a giant scroll longer than the Snap! Terms of Service. In addition we should generalise them to apply to AmpMod’s other services too, we could move them from the forums to possibly the wiki or ampmod.codeberg.page.
Also, we want to make a ToS so we don’t cause legal confusion in the guidelines. We don’t have lawyers, but since Snap! doesn’t either, we could try and do something. I’ve made a bunch of drafts using AI (yes, AI. Don’t blame me, Read what i just said in the last sentence.)
The ToS should be shorter than the Scratch Terms of Use (before it became 1984), but longer than Snap!'s so we don’t make people confused.
