When I load in a project that I had originally saved to files (I’m on a 10th gen iPad) all the custom blocks (music, turbo warp blocks, gamepad blocks) aren’t there anymore, the script with the blocks are still there but in the blocks list only comes with the original blocks

Lieutenant_Waffles Are you sure you didn’t load the project from ampmod.codeberg.page into any of these:

A mirror not specifically on AmpMod 0.4.0? (if you used 50-scratch-tabs.github.io/AmpMirror then you are using nothing but an ancient version of AmpMod - otherwise you can check at the bottom of the site’s homepage or in the Settings dropdown)
turbowarp.org or scratch.mit.edu?
some other Scratch mod or version that may include blocks from AmpMod, but is a different mod not based on AmpMod? (if so, the opcodes used behind the scenes don’t match, despite the blocks looking the exact same)
